Ksenia Eltsova at present time is freelance editor of ‘Art-Manager’ magazine, a Moscow monthly dedicated to international practices of public and private arts and culture policies. She is responsible for the coverage of sustainable urban development issues and the development of the ‘creative city’ concept.

Ksenia got MSc in Social and Economic Geography from Moscow Lomonosov State University (2004) and have been a doctorate student at the Institute for the USA and Canadian Studies of Russian Academy of Science (ISKRAN) since 2005. Her doctoral study focuses on natural resources exploration practices in Canada, with an emphasis on invaluable experience of sustainable development in the upstream sector.

Previous experience includes art exhibition organization and management (Art-Moscow Exhibition, Russian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2007; Photo Exhibitions at the Moscow House of Photography; curator photo shows etc.); I also worked with media company Optimum Media OMD Group as PR/Event Manager, Marketing and New Business Department
