Nikolai Lopan is deputy director
of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Kurgan
region. His main field of activity is sustainable agriculture, land use and food
security.
He is an expert in sphere of hunting management and one of the founders of Kurgan Regional Public Charitable Foundation of Game Animals Protection "Sapsan". He also initiated a foundation of a public council of ecological organizations and "Association of professional hunters". N.Lopan is a member of editorial board of the regional Red Book and author of many published works about sustainable development of hunting resources and about hunting management. Nikolai takes part in photo exhibitions as a wildlife photographer.
Nikolai Lopan was awarded for his activities by Ministry of
Agriculture, Governer of Kurgan region and by various public organizations.
N. Lopan graduated Irkutsk Agricultural Academy the hunting management
department in 1992
