Tigran YEGHYAN is Deputy Project
Director of USAID funded 'Sustainable Water Resources Management Project for
Enhanced Environmental Quality in Armenia', implemented by ARD (Associates for
Rural Development, USA).
His previous assignment was Deputy Project Coordinator of the Integrated Water
Resources Management Plan in the Ministry of Nature Protection, Armenia. Before
starting this position in 1996, he was Deputy Project Manager for the National
Environmental Action Plan (NEAP). From 1995 to 1996, he was an officer at
Mission to Armenia of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
His master's degree in Political Science is from American University of Armenia
(1996), and his bachelor's in Geography is from Yerevan State University(1994).
