Victoria ANTONIU is currently a Lean Process Improvement Facilitator Lead with Residents First of OHQC, currently mentoring a few long-term care homes in Ontario, Canada on their Process Improvement projects. Victoria has a solid background in continuous process improvement and compliance, quality management, business continuity and facilitation of change in the supply chain industry in Ontario.

In the past, Victoria has directed the Local Government program at Soros Foundation-Moldova; she has mentored the development of the first Local Environmental Action Plan at Tacis and has delivered training on Environmental Impact Assessment for the Social Investment Fund at the World Bank.

Victoria Antoniu holds a MSc degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the Central European University in Hungary. Her BSc degree in Biology and Chemistry is from the State University of Moldova. Victoria is a LEAD International fellow, Cohort 8.

Victoria is actively involved in the community life of Toronto and as a North York Women Centre volunteer she enjoys facilitating women support groups. Victoria is a proud mother of two wonderful children.
