Ekaterina ASTAUROVA graduated from
Moscow State University, Deparment of Soil Science. Katya works as Deputy
Scientific Secretary at Koltsov Institute of Developmental Biology, Scientific
Management Department.
Ms. Astraurova is involved in retrieval of scientific and patent information,
preparation and drawing up of state and academic research and technical
programs, preparation of Institute publications and infromation-ibiographic
booklets ('Proceedings of the Institute of Developmental Biology' is published
every year, it contains abstracts of basic studies and complete list of works of
the Institute researchers for the last year), presentation of materials for
exhibitions, patent-license work, distribution of information concerning
international and local scientific events, organization of conferences, symposia
and workshops. The flow of scientific information created in the Institute is
regularly analyzed.
