investment industries worldwide, based on international technology transfer and
offshore outsourcing of R&D and software development.
The company's head-office is located in Toronto, Canada. Company has seven
research and development centers in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia. He is
also the VP of the Intelligent Allocation Solutions, Inc. which is a provider of
risk management and resource allocation consulting services and solutions for
businesses needs worldwide.
At the same time he participate in international projects connected with nuclear
and chemical safety, and environmental management consulting.
