Dr. Kagramanian is Station Manager for Aeroflot Russian International Airlines in Yerevan, Armenia. He is responsible for the maintenance and ground handling of Aeroflot aircraft's in Zvartots Airport in Yerevan. Prior to his current position, he served as Deputy Chief of International Affairs for the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia. He earned his doctorate in flight engineering from the Academy of Civil Aircraft in Leningrad and his master's degree in the same field from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aircraft. Dr. Kagramanian is concerned with the harmful environmental effects of aviation, such as the noise and air pollution caused by turbine jet engines, and is interested in taking steps to reduce their influence.
