Vladimir V. Pavlov is a general
Editor of the first Russian media group focused on development of tourism,
business, cultural and other relations between Russia, CIS and India, Nepal.
Vladimir is an expert in internet business and internet marketing and also
provides consultancy in the use of high technologies in business and other
purposes. For example, one of his projects (www.india.ru) became a most popular
and respectable source of information about India in CIS.
Graduated in 1996 from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI), Vladimir
gained a degree of engineering of radio-electronics. He also graduated from the
Moscow College with French language specialisation, Shehter's School of English
language, IBM Basic Presentation course, Moscow School of Rapid Reading.
Vladimir has excellent skills in marketing gained in GetNet company (Moscow, IBM
business partner in Russia) in the position of the deputy director, responsible
for development, advertising and PR strategy of promotion of IBM products in
Russia.
Vladimir worked for the Factor Oil Research Company where he planned, managed
and realised unique oil well treatments for BEB oil company (in Germany) which
successfully increased oil content.
He is interested in interational co-operation and relations. Residing in Moscow,
Vladimir enjoys travelling and writing articles for travel magazines.
